Following the success of its first visit, The Big Alcohol Conversation bus tour will be hitting the streets of Salford again on Wednesday January 23rd at Eccles town centre. This is your chance to be a part of changing the role of alcohol in your community. Throughout the bus tour you can have your say on how we could do things differently when it comes to drinking, watch our powerful videos, win £250 worth of shopping vouchers and claim your Big Alcohol Conversation goody bag.

One thing that struck me is that we automatically assume that people with drug and alcohol issues are in the forces, but it's definitely not the case.

The Big Alcohol Conversation is being led by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership, set up to oversee the devolution of our health and social care services. The partnership is made up of our local NHS organisations and councils, alongside people from NHS England & NHS Improvement, our emergency services, the voluntary sector, Healthwatch and others. Together we’re working to achieve the biggest, fastest improvement to the health and wellbeing of our region and its great citizens.
